LUCKY VANS attaches great importance to data security and the handling of Personal Data.

LUCKY VANS undertakes to collect only the personal data necessary and sufficient for the above-mentioned purposes.

Mandatory data is indicated by an asterisk on the collection form(s). Incomplete data may therefore make it impossible to process your request.

Will personal data be transmitted?

The data collected is intended for LUCKY VANS. They may be transmitted to subcontractors.

In all cases, we remain the data controller, and ensure the security and confidentiality of data transmitted to subcontractors.

Is my data transferred outside the European Union?

For certain operations, certain personal data may be transmitted to companies located in countries outside the European Union. Prior to transferring data outside the European Union, and in accordance with current regulations, we ensure that these data transfers are secure.

How long is my Personal Data kept?

Commercial relations & prospecting

Your data will be kept in an active database for a period of 3 years from the end of the commercial relationship or the last contact.

At the end of this three-year period, we will contact you again to find out whether you wish to continue receiving commercial solicitations. In the absence of a positive and explicit response from you, your data will be anonymized.

Purchase invoices are kept for 10 years.

What are my rights concerning my Personal Data?

In accordance with Articles 15 to 21 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, you have the following rights in particular:

  • Right of access: you can ask for all your Personal Data to be communicated to you.
  • Right of rectification: you may modify or update your Personal Data at any time. You can also request the rectification of inaccurate information from our Customer Service department.
  • Right to erase Data or limit processing: except for legitimate reasons of LUCKY VANS (e.g. reservation management), you may request the erasure or limitation of your Personal Data.
  • Right to object: you can object to being included in a file. If the right to object is requested for Data collected that may be necessary to process your order, LUCKY VANS will inform you that the consequence of objecting may be that your order will not be processed.
  • Right to portability: you may request that the Personal Data you have transmitted to us be transmitted in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format to yourself or to another data controller.
  • Right to withdraw my consent: except for legitimate reasons of LUCKY VANS (reservation management for example), you may at any time withdraw your consent for the use of your Personal Data.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
